USA Sevens International Rugby Tournament and Festival in Las Vegas is the latest event to turn to Charles Fazzino for commemorative artwork tribute. 2014 USA Sevens International Rugby Tournament and Festival is Round 4 of the HSBC Sevens World Series of Rugby. The three-day elite-player, international tournament runs from January 24-26, 2014 at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev. Team USA and teams from 15 other countries will compete for points in the HSBC Sevens World Series standings while surrounded by one of the most electrifying atmospheres in sports provided by fans from the competing nations.
